In class you’ll be learning how to work with hot sugar/isomalt from heating to conditioning the isomalt so it ready to work with. Then it’s on to learning pulled and blown technique so you can create your own cute snowman with candy canes.
Your snowman can be used as cake topped or a great centerpiece for your holiday table.
